LGBT HQ is a group dedicated to creating a central hub for LGBT+ and diversity fandom. The organization focuses on developing programming, philanthropic and special events for conventions, with the ideals of education, advocacy, activism, empowerment and body positivity.

Ryan is a cartoon enthusiast focusing on Disney and classics from the 80s and 90s. Ryan has been active the the LGBT community since his college days, including serving as President of the Gay Mens Alliance of Hunter College.
